1978 yılında Ömer DUMAN tarafından Göynük Dondurması adıyla Adapazarı Çukurahmediye Mahallesinde ilk faaliyetine başlamış daha sonra Hacıoğlu Caddesi üzerinde faaliyetini sürdürmüştür.
2003 senesinden beri Göynüklü Ömer Usta Dondurmaları adı altında Dilmen Mahallesi'nde yeni yerine taşınarak faaliyetine devam etmektedir.
Göynüklü Ömer Usta Dondurmaları müşterilerine sağlıklı ve doğal katkısız dondurma sunmayı ilke edinmiştir.
