Site yönetimi yok ve site çok bakımsız. Kapıları hep açık güvenlik zafiyeti var. Dairelerin de çoğunluğu eski ve bakımsız. Kiralık daire fiyatları da semtinden dolayı yüksek. Meşhur bakkalı Adil Beye sorduğunuz herhangi bir ürün yeni bitmiştir ve yarın gelecektir ?
