Lastik tamiri yapmamak için hava olmadığını bahane eden bir kişilik. Düşünün lastiğiniz zemine inmiş dükkanın önüne kendinizi zor atmışsınız adam hava yok diyor. Batmaya mahkumsunuz. Eninde sonunda bir yerde patlarsınız bu kafayla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyetini gözetmiyorlar. Biraz güleryüz, bir hoşgeldin vb. gibi normal bir esnafın davrandığı şekilde bir karşılamada bulunmadılar. Kaşısındaki müşteriyi saf, hiç bir şey bilmeyen cahil bir insan gibi görüp garip bahanelerle işlerini tam olarak yapmak istemiyorlar. gidin ya da gitmeyin diye bir tavsiyede bununmam ama ber bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.
They do not care about customer satisfaction. A little smile, a welcome, etc. They did not receive a welcome as a normal tradesman behaves.
