Şirket yetkililerini arayıp böyle bir sorunum olduğunu aktardığımda 400 TL'lik servis ücreti karşılığında bu sorunu giderebileceklerini belirttiler. Sorunun kullanıcı kaynaklı olmadığını ve ürünün tasarımından kaynaklı olduğunu kendileri de kabul etmelerine rağmen servis ücretini almadan bu düzeltmeyi yapmayacaklarını belirttiler. Buradan alışveriş yapacaklarını bu tarz bir yaklaşımdan haberdar olması faydalı olacaktır. When I called the company officials and explained that I had such a problem, they said that they could fix this problem for a service fee of 400 TL.
