★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 19/7/2020 tarihinde tatil dönüşü yol üzerinde görüp de uğradığımız mağazadan 3 çift yastık kılıfı 3 adet çift kişilik nevresim ve 3 adet de çift kişilik lastikli çarşaf satın aldık.Eve döndüğümüzde ürünleri yıkadık (20 derecede) ve iki adet nevresimin rengi soldu .işletme sahibini aradığımızda ürünleri göndermemizi talep etti ve hemen ayın 21 inde ürünleri kargoladık.Ancak daha sonra bizi arayarak ürünlerden birinin dokuma hatası olduğunu ve değiştireceğini ancak diğerinin renginin öyle olduğunu beyan etti.Biz bu şekilde beğenmediğimizi ve değiştirmek istediğimizi belirtince de Yıkadığımız için değiştiremeyeceğini belirtti. Retro desen diye tabir ettiği nevresim binlerce kez yıkanmış ve solmuş bir temizlik bezi gibi (paketi açmamıştık alt tarafının soluk renkli olduğu görmedik)alırken bu konuda bizi uyarmadı O tarihten beri de hiçbir cevap alamayınca dün tekrar kendisine yazdım Cuma günü dokunacak bir parti olduğunu değişiklik yapılacak ürünün belki bu partiden çıkabileceğini belirtti (kesin değil) diğer desen için de farklı renk için fotoğraf atmasını istedik gerçekten de alt taraf rengi bu kadar soluk mu diye dışarda olduğunu daha sonra atacağını söyledi ancak 1,5 gün geçmesine rağmen fotoğraf gelmedi tanımadığınız yerlerden alışveriş yaparken bir kez daha düşünün derim

On 19/7/2020, we bought 3 double pillowcases, 3 double duvet covers and 3 double fitted sheets from the store we saw on the way back from vacation on 19/7/2020. When we returned home, we washed the products (at 20 degrees) and the color of the two linens faded. When we called the owner, he asked us to send the products and immediately shipped the products on the 21st of the month. However, he called us later and declared that one of the products was a weaving error and that he would change it, but the color of the other was that. The duvet, which he refers to as a retro pattern, has been washed thousands of times and like a faded cleaning cloth (we did not open the package, we did not see that the bottom was pale), but did not warn us about it.I did not get any answer since then, I wrote to him again yesterday that it is a party to touch on Friday. He stated that maybe he could leave this party (not sure) we asked him to take a photo for the other pattern for a different color, indeed, he said that he was out later because the color of the bottom side was so pale, but even though 1.5 days passed, the photo did not come once when shopping from unknown places I say think again
