★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room we actually suppose to get was clean but it smelled however they changed it right away which we appreciate it. The hotel is good. I did like their service and morning breakfast. Every thing was fresh. Hamid who works there, is really nice and gives really great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible!! We could not sleep there because when we arrived in the hotel at 20 pm they told us that there were no room for us. We had booked it three weeks before but still not available room on arrival. They told us that the booked was cancelled but it was not true, still on 29 October my booked was confirmed on hostel world. The guys were so rude and they let us on the street during turkish holidays. Göreme was fully booked and we had to book a car and move to another hotel one hour far away. Stay away from this hotel!!

To me, it's an average hotel. The good part was the terrace looking over the Cappadocia range.
Breakfast was quite ok considering the overall standard.
They don't provide water in the room, which was quite surprising in today’s world of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the property is promising, but the so called nepotistic fellow who considers himself the owner of a family business doesn't have basic etiquettes to speak to the Guests. Also, construction of upper floor during the presence of guests is awfully disturbing. Even though the presumption of Cappadocia being a part of Europe exists, the reality is far away. I would strongly suggest not to book this property for your own peace. Visit Turkey, explore the amazing food and culture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to!! The family that owns the place is very welcoming and nice. The recepcionist helped givong us advice about the differents activities, found us a good price for the ATV and balloons and recommended places to have dinner. The breakfast was included in the hotel and it was very good. Also the rooms were awesome with turquish vibes. I really recommend this hotel! :)
