★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Начитавшись прекрасных отзывов, заехали в эту донерную по пути в Стамбул. Отстояли очередь- выяснилось, что туда НУЖНО ЗВОНИТЬ!! И заказать просто так нельзя. Сначала нам предложили подождать 40!! минут. Потом отказались размещать заказ. При этом, я не ждала какого-то сервиса, но такое отношение к гостям просто не допустимо.
After reading great reviews, we stopped at this doner room on the way to Istanbul. We defended the queue - it turned out that it is NECESSARY to CALL there !! And you can't just order it. At first we were asked to wait 40 !! minutes. Then they refused to place an order. At the same time, I did not expect any kind of service, but such an attitude towards guests is simply not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalitenin tek adresi göreme döner nevşehirde tek diyebilirdim ama öğlen 12 den önce gidin saat 1 de kalmıyor bitiyor eliniz boş dönebilirsiniz ama tatmanız lazım bence.
I could say that it is the only address of quality in Göreme, the only place in Nevşehir, but go before 12 noon, it doesn't stay at 1 o'clock, it ends, you can return empty-handed, but I think you have to taste it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 도네르 한두번 먹어본것도 아니고 이집 맛있을까? 12시쯤 가니까 줄 서있고 포장주문 밀려있고 그만한 가치가 있나싶어서 기다려봤다.
고기를 좋은걸 쓰는건지 내용물의 배합이 좋은건지 진짜 맛집 맞다. 괴레메 답안나오는 가격과 품질때문에 더 그럴수도 있을듯 하다만 이집 맛집인건 인정한다. 사람들이 먹고 있는거 그냥 그거 드시면 됩니다.
I haven't eaten Doner once or twice, is this place delicious? When I went around 12 o'clock, there was a line, and there were a lot of take-out orders, so I waited to see if it was worth it.
Whether they use good meat or the combination of ingredients is good, it's a real restaurant. It may be more because of the price and quality that Goreme does not answer, but I admit that it is a restaurant in this house. Just eat what people are eating.

Saat 10:00-13:30 arası döner bulabilirsiniz. Onun dışındaki saatlerde duyabileceğiniz tek cümle “kusura bakmayın valla döner kalmadı” olur.
Döner çok çabuk tükeniyor ve tek başına döner kestiği için, yerine yeni döner takmıyor. Lezzetinin sırrının bir kısımının bu durumda yattığını düşünüyorum.
Eksikleri:
Yerine yeni bir usta yetiştirmediği için ikinci döneri takmayıp, müşterilerine tam zamanlı hizmet verememesi.

You can find doner kebabs between 10:00-13:30. The only sentence you can hear at hours other than that is "sorry, there are no doners left".
Doner runs out very quickly and because he cuts doner by himself, he doesn't replace it with new doner. I think part of the secret of its flavor lies in this state.
Shortcomings:
Not being able to provide full-time service to his customers by not wearing the second doner kebab because he did not train a new master to replace him.
