Arrived on 10.11.2020 and waited 30 minutes before we could check in! Rudely awoken at 9.30 am next morning with 3 staff in our bedroom, no one at reception when needed, but 3 came and were told check out was at 10.00 am! We said we knew and wanted to stay at the hotel for extra night at the room with jetted tub! We wanted extra half an hour till 10.30 am to move into next more expensive room which was priced at 180 TL in hotels.com. We were told it was not 180 TL 250 TL and had to pay cash straight away if we wanted to move in the next room and if we wanted extra 30 minutes for check out till 10.30 am we had to pay extra 30 TL! The room with jetted tub was dirty, even the bin had not been emptied and the tub had dirty bits come out when the jets were turned on! Had to clean the tub, the basin and the kitchen sink before using them! No one was at reception and could not complain to anyone! Checked out at 9.30am the following morning to avoid embarrassment of being pressurised to check out with staff standing on your head! The rooms were nicely decorated, but staff were rude, rip off's and never experienced such embarassement to be awoken up by staff knocking on your bedroom door and telling you to leave half an hour before check out time! I will never ever go to this hotel again and advise people to go elsewhere as had no apartment facilities, asked for a microwave or hot stove or any place to heat up and was told did not have the facility! Could have got a better and cheaper hotel as they too provide an electric kettle with mugs! Still in shock of being awoken with loud knocking in the morning! VERY RUDE!

Very well Decorated Rooms, but they definitely need Better Management and Trained Staff, as the Staff is very Untrained, and Unprofessional, they keep Ringing or knocking your room door and Reminds you the check out time, they should give their guest an extra 10/15 minutes of time, without bothering. And they have Kettles in the Room but No Tea Bags, Coffee, Sugar or anything like other hotels, because they charge 10TL per Small Cups of Tea and deliver them to your room, in a very unprofessional way...

Smells strongly of cigarette smoke. The rooms had a lot of dust and hair along the walls and in the corners. The hotel is above a concert venue and even though there wasn’t a concert, we heard a band practicing in the middle of the night.

Excellent service and great staff. The hotel in general was amazing and the food was quite tasty. Everything was more than spot on including the room which was very clean and comfortable. I have enjoyed my stay here and I hope I will have the chance to visit again.

I have had worst check-in experience ever in my life. The way the receptionist talk to me was horrible. I suggest the manager of this property to educate the stuff about how to speak with people during their stay.

It's the perfect hotel to stay in. 100% would recommend.

1- it's next to Jolly Joker club, so for some people it's an advantage. But for us it's a negative cause we need to sleep. 2- We asked to see the rooms before we get ours. They said: if you see the rooms and don't get them, you'll pay 50tl. I said no. They said ok. They showed us the room. 3- the rooms smell like cigarettes and smoke. 4-cleanliness, average. 5- great for bringing your affair here. 6- pet friendly 7- They asked for money when we said, "I think it's not our type." But I said I won't pay. Then they said: you can leave. Very weird interaction.
