When i read reviews from Other users thats realy makes me worry but im gonna write my honest reviews for this company. When i landed airport i been walk 10 min for find goodcar ( that was my mistake i havent add flight number and also havent told them which terminal im.landing ) please make sure tell them flight number and also once u land make sure give them call on whatsapp and explain them which terminal u landed.. They are so helpfull and friendly. If u landed DEPARTURE ABROAD terminal u r in right place all u need keep walking before exit door look at ur left shoulder u sill see thdm office just go therr and they will sorted for u everything This part is very importand PLEASE MAKE SURE BUY FROM THEM FULL INSURANCE that will keep u away from any trouble as scratch on car,accident etc everhthing... Please dnt escape from this that will make u feel save and realx holiday as u know turkish drivers are mad :) Once u buy this insurance YOU ARE IN SAFE HAND ... Remember them main office inside airport just b4 exit right side...and other office in car park ( thats the place where u gonna collect car ) .. I have upload them phone number ( that man is very helpfull )

Avoid at all costs. This company will help itself to funds from your credit card and steal from you. If this happens I recommend calling your bank to file a charge back.

Like Ruslan below, I arrived a few minutes late and they had gone home and didn’t answer their phone. When I called the next morning to collect the car they told me I was a no-show. They charged me the full amount and cancelled my reservation. Pay a bit more and hire a car from a reputable international company who don’t have limited working hours.

Booked a car twice. The first time the car was booked for 18-00 but the plane was delayed and I arrived at 18-40. When booking, I indicated the flight number and it was clear that the flight was delayed by an hour. Nobody waited for me. The next day I also paid extra 50 euros to take the car! This is extortion! Since the car was booked in advance and paid for! Then I extended the lease and they took the deposit from me again! Instead of freezing the deposit - the money was taken from the credit card! And they still haven't returned!
