I regret becoming a 3 Person Member of Yalova Gold's GYM. I made my daughter, son and myself members of the GYM's fitness gym in Yalova for 1 year. At first, it was tempting because there was a Turkish bath, sauna, swimming pool, sports equipment, pilates and yoga. We went 3-5 times in the evening with my daughter. The bath is freezing, the pilates and the yoga room are in the basement, without ventilation, the sweat evaporates on the floors, cushions and walls. During this pandemic process, the woman who was running Pilates was also coughing while running, She makes sick people do pilates. We were very nervous and the next day we returned home, my daughter and I got sick and we couldn't leave the house for 15 days. When I said that we wanted to cancel our membership due to the risk of contagious pandemic, they did not accept. They said they could freeze it for 1 month, so we frozen it. I hadn't made part of the payment yet, at least I said cancel me, they didn't accept it. My daughter and I said at least I should transfer my son's rights to someone else, we gave your daughter a big discount, you can't transfer her, you have to pay all the remaining debt to transfer your son's, they always caused difficulties. Neither their cleanliness, nor their hygiene, nor their carelessness, nor their failure to find solutions, nor the coldness of the bath, their money-hungry attitudes, nor their condescending arrogance; (especially the manager's lady), I was not satisfied with anything.
