Not bad for the room price. However, the sink, shower, wc are neglected. Therefore, the monthly fee should not be more than 600 TL. My assessment is for 1 + 0 of my stay.

It is an apartment with constant electricity problems, the elevator is broken, the water heater explosions in the house where my friend is staying, and also an insect.
