I definitely do not recommend. They do not have an understanding of respecting the customer and satisfying the customer. It is very expensive in terms of price. A business that speaks loudly to its customers and asks for an account, wherever I go, I will always make my comment in return for the service I receive.

Very bad trades, business management! My son's feet were cut by glass, I was carrying it on my lap, I would see the urine came to the toilet. We were a crowded group, the other members of the group would also sit down and take photos. The owner of the place and his wife are told that if you do not sit out of the toilet, do not go to the toilet, okay I will call the others, I am not halal when I go to call the others! Is this trades? There are already three or five cafes, if they didn't act like that, we would sit as a group of 12 people. With this attitude, we gave up sitting, left 10 TL for someone at the table and left! Toilet money !!! In short, No Crafts, No Humanity !!! I hope they find the reward for their evil hearts. They don't have any job! I hope they see that this attitude affects their earnings. I am writing this comment at ISLAK Cafe 300 Mt ahead. This place is so beautiful, even my anger for Gölcük Plus Cafe has passed here ?

As every mother with a baby keeps in her bag, my daughter took crackers and water out of her 2-year-old child's bag and gave them to her baby, the manager woman came and shouted at us that you can't bring food from outside with unspeakable words, so we got up, we went 400-500 km away, but I don't recommend it at all.

The woman who owns a business was never someone to be a tradesman. Customer relationship is zero. He is a disrespectful person who warns the water next to us by waving his finger, even talking about the food the child ate. We asked the sink to wash hands, he said it was defective. I don't believe it is faulty at all. We left the cafe with a verbal argument. I paid the price of the two waters we brought with us, so that he could have his fill.

Disgrace. Business that makes money and locks toilets. It doesn't even warn customers. We even witnessed them swearing at a customer. I hope it will be closed soon

Disrespect, rudeness, even one star is too much for a business that is on the line. I took my guests to the pond and this well-known cafe. We drank our tea, my guests had a 2-year-old baby, a couple of crackers ate, the adults ate the cracker package open, and we had water in our bag, we drank food while getting up from the table. you can't bring drinks, there is no such rudeness etc. They raised their voices and argued with us in a disrespectful and rude manner. I regret that we went to that place, I was disgraced to my guests.

Staff is friendly, service is quick. A place by the lake. We ate Ödemiş meatballs, it was good. Prices are reasonable except for drinks (Soda, Coke.. 8 TL was too much and it was ridiculous).

I did not find it strange that instant buttermilk, water, tea were 4 TL and coffee was 8 TL. As a result, it is a place next to the lake, so its price will be higher than the price of the coffee house. however, the glass of tea you drink in the coffee house will be clean. I wanted to send the glass because it was dirty, the waiter said, "They always say that and get angry with me, brother." So glass cleaning is a general problem. The rim of the glass was greasy, the bottom part of the glass was chalky and it was full of fingerprints. We sent it back, both the glass and the plate of the tea we received were chalky and dirty in the photo. If you make 13-14 year old children wash dishes, pour tea and serve, a visitor like me will not go again, they will not even think of going. The whole team working is 3 people in total. all three are at most 14 years old. even if you leave it in escrow, a knowledgeable adult should be in charge of the business. shame on the place, the investments made. Even in the craziest coffee house, you can drink tea with a cleaner cup.
