1997 yılında restoran hizmeti ile yiyecek & içecek sektörüne giriş yapan Gölevi Konaklama & Restaurant, 2017 yılında Filoğlu Group bünyesinde yeniden hizmet vermeye başlamış ve kısa sürede bölgede alanı ile ilgili lider konumuna ulaşmıştır.
Gölevi Konaklama & Restaurant, 2021 yılı itibari ile yeni nesil mobil evler ve standart otel odaları ile konaklama imkânı sunmaya başlamıştır. Sürekli gelişen ve değişen yenilikçi yapısı ile bu alanda da ilgi odağı olmuştur.
“Doğa’yı koru” mottosuyla doğanın kalbinde, mavi ile yeşilin buluştuğu yerde, samimi ve kaliteli hizmet anlayışı ile misafirlerine unutulmaz bir konaklama imkânı sunuyor.
23 000 m2 lik arazi üzerine yayılmış olan Gölevi, her köşesinde ayrı bir hikâye, unutulmaz anlar yaratmak üzere kurulmuş bir tesis olup bünyesinde; toplam 700 kişi açık ve kapalı alan kapasiteli restoran, 150 araçlık otopark, 3 adet suit ev, 10 adet tiny house, 6 adet standart oda, çocuk oyun parkı, gölde yüzmek isteyenler için özel hazırlanmış iskele, kürek sporu, su yogası, paddle board gibi aktiviteler için ayrı alan, dört mevsim kullanılabilen ısıtmalı açık havuz, yürüyüş ve bisiklet parkurları bulunmaktadır.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meatballs are the best in Kocaeli - Sapanca. Big territory, very accurate and clean, playgrounds for kids, kid-safe surroundings, especially on the corner of the lake, fast service, beautiful view. Fresh and classy, though water is served in plastic bottles, which could be changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overloading prices are not written on the menu, and they are added to the ticket in a way. We two fished for ₺85 per fish. Jumbo shrimp, which is on the menu as ₺50, is on the ticket as ₺75. When I have asked the waiter, he answered that "My friend had made three shrimps.". Aren't you ashamed to fill the cup with vegetables and put the inedible parts and charge ₺25 per shrimp without asking us and ignoring the price on the menu! We ordered a salad; it's on the menu that says ₺20. They had a double made without asking, and they charged 40 liras for the ticket. In addition, 10 lira cover per person was completed. You can't get this much money for cover in a place with a Bosphorus view in Istanbul. Prices are fine dining, but the quality is mediocre. The food was also average in taste, and there was a mud view, not the lake. I definitely do not recommend going. We paid 315 lira for two people. We did not order alcohol, nor did we have an exaggerated meal. If you go to this place, ask the price first. Don't be fooled by the prices on the menu because they add extra anyway.
