Yeşil alan ve otoparkın oldukça yetersiz olduğu bu site tıpık anka yapı kalitesizliği ve plansızlıklarını sergilemektedir. 24 saat güvenliğin bulunması iyi bir avantaj.
We can say that it is the highest-rise and most crowded site in the surrounding, built by Anka Yapı. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. This site, where the green area and parking lot are quite insufficient, exhibits the typical phoenix building quality and lack of planning. Having 24-hour security is a good advantage.

The cottages are very useful rooms are spacious enough for a family to live. The pool is actively used during the summer period. Staff on site were very friendly. a little bit more because it is not blowing too many houses around a single issue
