The site where I have constant problems with site management and security. I have been on this site since its inception. The price of the contribution is 375, the investment fee is 700 TL. We are paying a total of 1175 TL dues at the moment. When I went to talk to the site management because I thought the price was expensive, they walked over me at the end of the conversation. We have a parking problem on site. I had an argument because the security chief parked the car inside.

The houses are large, spacious, airy. In winter, it heats up cheaply due to insulation. But in the summer months, you cannot find a cool room to take shelter outside the corridor because it is so hot and single-sided that you do not want to enter. The windows are problematic, you can't stop the noise in the wind. The house is solid, but the interior decoration materials used are of poor quality.
