I also complained to Cimer and the Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding the issue and they found me right. Penalties were given for the irregularities they did to the business. It is a place that does not deserve its price in any way, and the owner of the business, Ahmet Bey, is not interested after receiving the money. He took the money from us for the 2 days we didn't stay and we had to move from place to place during the whole holiday.
