History is one of the five minarets Mosque minaret Gökmeydan.

The mosque, which is known as a beautiful work of stone architecture and dated 1800, could not understand the lighting placed under the columns. No narrow space.

It is known that a minaret was built in 1924 by the order of Atatürk for the mosque, which has an L-shaped plan together with the parts around it, which are obviously added later. The lower floor walls of the mosque are separated from the upper floor by thick solid walls. The ground floor, which is claimed to be a madrasa or lodge, consists of four rooms on either side of a long, barrel-vaulted corridor that is entered through a door in the east. A ladder leads to the place of worship, which constitutes the second floor, and a direct access to the place of worship is through the door. The longitudinal rectangular plan is divided into two sections in the middle by two columns and two piers, and into four sections transversely, and where the arches separating each section join the body walls, the walls are supported by a buttress. The place is covered with domes. The mosque is illuminated by four windows, one on the east façade, one on the west façade and two on both sides of the mihrab. The mihrab of the mosque is in semi-cylindrical form. The minaret of the mosque is located at a distance of 3 meters in the south-west corner.It is understood from the inscription that it was built in 1924, the minaret has a cube-shaped base at the bottom and the corners of the base are beveled in the reverse pendant shape and cut with two bracelets without passing from the square to the cylindrical body. The body, which is completely made of cut stone, is decorated with rosette drop and triangle motifs in four rows. The body is followed by geometric ornamental borders in two rows at the top of the bracelet. The honeycomb part of the pulpit, which has a plain honor, is arranged in an octagonal form. The minaret is covered with a small stone dome. There is a courtyard on the south facade of the mosque. There are colonnades on both sides of the courtyard door. There is a pointed arch on the door and the arch contours protrude from the surface. The door has a portal appearance with both its size and ornaments.
