★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harika bir mekan. ETSTUR acentesi. Çalışanları çok iyi güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Tatilde 2 defa sorunla karşılaştık bu sorun otelden kaynskliydi. Aradık hemen ilgilendiren ve sorunumuzu çözülen. Sadece sat sonra kurtul mantığı kesinlikle yok. AVM lerdeki ets acentalarina gitmek avm kalabalığından kurtulmak dar alanda oturup tatil almak isteyen avm ye gitsin trafik ve park sorunda çabası. Bu mekanın hemen tam önünde sizin için park alanı var. Filtre kahve bile vardı. Çok severim kokusunu içeri girdim inanamadım diğer içeceklerin yani sıra filtre kahvede vardı. Ne diyebilirim. Herşey mükemmeldi. Gösterilen ilgiden dolayı 2017 yılında buradan 2 yurtici 1 yurt dışı tatili aldım. Son tatilim için isim telefonla hallettiler. Uçak biletimi de artık tel ile burdan almaya başladım. Yaşamadan anlatmak zor. Gidin test edin derim.
Great venue. ETSTUR agent. Staff very friendly and concerned. They help with everything. We encountered 2 problems during the holiday this problem was kaynskliydi hotel.
