Here is my experience buying property in Fethiye Turkey in 2021, as this was my first property in Turkey even it is not the first in other parts of the world. I choose Fethiye/ south Turkey for its great nature and good weather, and in particular its charming great beaches. Finding a prime location in Fethiye was a challenge but finally found Korfez with its project elegance in the heart of city. My property ownership experience itself dealing with Mr. Akin Gokce, the sales manager was great. Mr. Gokce is trustful and experienced person and has helped me through the process till the purchase completed. I saw the apartment in July 2021, left back home, took the decision, the process started. Once I arrived back to Turkey in September, it just took us few days to finalize the purchase and I receive the Tapu. As a civil engineer, I found Korfez homes in building accomplishment and quality of materials are top notch. Great company to make business with.
