Küçük bir tamir ile mümkün olan pompa kilitlenme arızası için pompa değişmesi gerekiyor dediler ve 4000 ₺ fiyat verdiler.
İşten anladıkları yok, ehil değiller.
Awful, not solution oriented
They do not help the customer
Call for service.
They said that the pump needs to be changed for the pump lock failure, which is possible with a small repair, and they gave a price of 4000 ₺.
They have no understanding of business, they are not competent.

Two ridiculous people came and cost 900 liras. They realized that I knew the job. I paid 150 liras. I described it, the service person did it, then they took my money and left.

I don't understand how two people who have nothing to do with the service give them such a service authorization, they tell forty kinds of stories, it's completely illogical, I will try to reach their main dealers, their technical information is a complete fiasco.
