Almond Milk Cappuccino than normal

What is almond milk 9 TL
They took 25 TL from me when it should have been 20 TL in total.
For saying Cappuccino with Single Almond milk
Cappuccino 16 TL (regular milk free)
Almond milk 9 TL
Total gave 25 TL
I tried to explain that they calculated wrong, I think they understood, but they did not give the top.
