The phones are not being looked at. In the shipment movements, it shows that the courier has been embezzled for 3 days, but we cannot reach the cargo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 gün oldu kargo daha istanbuldan ankaraya varabildi adanaya seneye gelir herhalde. (Acente olduğunuz için yorumumu ve puanı düzeltiyorum.) Siz şubenizi düzgün yönetebilirsiniz fakat yine de acentesi olduğunuz firma hakkında tutumum aynıdır 6 gün de kargo teslim ediliyor normal değil bu.
It's been 5 days, the cargo could still reach Ankara from Istanbul, I guess it will come to Adana next year. (I am correcting my comment and score since you are an agency.) You can manage your branch properly, but still, my attitude is the same about the company you are an agency for. Cargo is delivered in 6 days, this is not normal.
