We have sold our property with this firm and they are brilliant especially a guy called volkan he is really good and very professional you feel comfortable with him and he speaks very good English and nothing is to much trouble even out of hours he will speak to you if you are unsure of anything would recommend 100% especially volkan you can

Swift communication, and appointments carried out on time, which is always a plus. You may want to take a Turkish speaking friend if you're not speaking any Turkish. Make sure to free enough of your time when signing contracts, as they are all hand-written.

We had great experience of buying a flat with Gizza Homes Agency. We were working with two estate agents, Silva and Irina. Both of them are real professionals who know their business from A to Z. The whole process of choosing a flat took about 3 days. In this short period of time we managed to see a very large number of flats throughout Fethiye. In the course of negotiations Silva and Irina were always promoting our interests for which we are very grateful. Having seen large number of properties we shortlisted three flats and it was very hard to make a choice. Silva and Irina provided us with all the necessary information about infrastructure of every district. Moreover, they helped us to analyse advantages and disadvantages of each flat which, finally, enabled us to make the right choice. Overall, we are extremely grateful to Irina and Silva for their work!!! But for their professional help and support, we would not be able to buy a flat in Fethiye (or it would take much more time and would be far less convenient).

We have just had the pleasure of letting Silva, Irina and Gökhan sell our apartment. They were very professional ,pleasant people and were extremely helpful, with nothing being to much trouble.
