One of my favourite places that I've been to in Turkey. It's a lovely long walk thru the mini river / stream. Advisable to wear water shoes. You can also rent them for 3 liras. The waterfall itself is fabulous, but beware of the water force before jumping under the falls! It's quite an experience!!

You going down to the river from parking lot and then you can have that 300m adventure of walking upstream to the waterfall. Probability during hi season there place is too crowded, so you wouldn't feel that touch if nature. But in winter and during pandemic you have that opportunity, so try to use it. It feels like you are in some adventure movie crawling jungle looking for treasure. Really cool. And water not that cold, so don't hesitate to go there

So on our 'Wet and wild' jeep safari we was deposited here on our last excursion of the trip. There was a zip wire attraction for the brave and fearless of which I think there was one crazy soul who was either not quite right from sun stroke or quietly inebriated. Discovering the 'Hidden City' meant walking down an almost vertical 100ft staircase that at times had lost all reasonable heath and safety guidelines in favour of convenience and poor workmanship. So not a good start for little ones and old folks who might depend on simple life saving facilities and there was plenty of representatives. Upon reaching the bottom we was awarded with a kiosk renting out waterproof shoes, can't think of anything worst than putting on plastic shoes worn by half of Muğla. There was also a platform of people either waiting for the arrival of a miracle to lift them up the 300 steps or relatives lost in the gorge. It was then I realised my predicament. We was only half way to the waterfall and the 150mtrs of slippery rocks that made up the waterway was to be traversed. Joy. Ok cut to the chase. Upon reaching the waterfall without any major injury our   team of safari funseekers had mostly  made it and our driver come photographer guide was snapping to finish the photo album. Ok so its a waterfall I get it. Its about 15ft high and it's in a nice little nook that on a good day with the right light could be seen as magical but it's not. At best it a reprive from the blistering heat to get wet and test your balancing skills on precarious stepping stones, and then there's the journey up the crucifiying steps  to freedom. Would I recommend it? Only if you was bored and i mean bored or dragged there by someone you'd paid to take you there.

Nice place but i cant say it was amazing. You need to walk approximately 300m in water and that part is really hard but fun. It is also not suitable for small kids (less than 4) or for expecting ladies. There are restaurants, zipline, souvenir shops and big parking available before start point of access road to waterfall. Many stairs need to be climbed up and down. I cant say it really worths the effort.

Not easy to reach. You have to go down 200 stairs and up again plus 300 m walking in between rocks and water. Not suitable for unfit people

We were a family of 3 on an organised day trip and took a jeep to this beautiful location. On arrival, you walk down a couple of hundred stairs and then walk through a stream before reaching the waterfall. The stream itself is a touch treacherous in parts, but is mostly safe underfoot. I'd advise taking flip-flops or waterproof footwear, but you can also rent this on site at the base of the steps before you enter the stream. If you are brave soul you can stand under the waterfall for a photo and/or video, but even standing in front you can get some pretty stunning images. I'd say you need to set aside an hour to an hour thirty from the top of the steps to getting back up again. It is definitely worth a visit.

You have to pay to park 15tl for a car and use the toilet which is located in the car park there are no toilets once you get inside. We decided to have a snack before visiting the waterfall. Wish we hadn't the food was below average and the service was poor. I would recommend eating at one of the lovely restaurants on the way far better value and lovely friendly people. There are quite a few steps down to the waterfall. When you get to the bottom you cannot see it, you have to walk in the water for approximately 500 metres. You can hire suitable footwear for 10tl and there is somewhere to sit and have a drink. We had a laugh trying to reach the waterfall but we're unimpressed once we got there. Glad we went but would not return.

Amazing to walk through the river until you reach the waterfall. I would recommend wearing water shoes as there are rocks in the water. No shoes were available to rent but you can buy a pair from a supermarket for 45 lira (the same pair were advertised for 150lira in the shop by the restaurant). We went after a storm but the water level only came up to above our knees in a handful of places. The majority of the walk is easy enough for young children, more than doable with accompanying adults. The water wasn't cold despite being in mid March. Fortunately for us we didn't see any other walkers until we got back. Plenty of parking. We didn't pay an entrance fee, although I'm not certain whether in busier times a fee is payable. Personally i would bring a packed lunch and bottle of water.
