On December 19, 2021, when it snowed and the cold began, we realized that although the combi boiler uses its power, it does not heat my flat and is insufficient. We explained the situation to them once again, set the boiler like this, set the thermostat like this, they kept busy saying that it would definitely heat up. Although we did everything, the house did not get warm. That's why my little girl got sick. We say remove our grievance, everyone throws the ball to each other. I am very, very disturbed by this situation, I expect this grievance to be resolved as soon as possible and the problem to be resolved.
