★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fen Edebiyat Fakültesi 17.02.1998 tarih ve 23256 Sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Bakanlar Kurulu’nun 98/10569 Sayılı Kararı ile Karadeniz Teknik Üniversitesi Rektörlüğüne bağlı olarak kurulmuş olup, 17 Mart 2006 tarih ve 26111 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren 5467 sayılı Kanun gereğince 2809 sayılı Yükseköğretim Kurumları Teşkilat Kanununa eklenen EK Madde 65’ye göre adı ve bağlantısı değiştirilerek GİRESUN ÜNİVERSİTESİ’ne bağlanmıştır.
The Faculty of Arts and Sciences was established under the Presidency of the Black Sea Technical University with the Decision No. 98/10569 of the Council of Ministers, which entered into force after it was published in the Official Gazette No. 23256 dated 17.02.1998, and entered into force after it was published in the Official Gazette dated March 17, 2006 and numbered 26111. Pursuant to Law No. 5467, according to Annex Article 65 added to the Higher Education Institutions Organization Law No. 2809, its name and connection were changed and connected to GİRESUN UNIVERSITY.
