There is a black order in the hotel. Nothing is working as it should. Everyone is too lazy. There is a general hygiene problem in the room. When you enter the room, your air conditioner, hair dryer or water heater may not work. As you will be prepared for these, you should also be prepared that your room service will solve these problems after 3-4 hours. It is ridiculous that the thermal hotel is heated by air conditioning. Cold weather prevails throughout the hotel. I would love to write good things here, but I can't find a single point to praise. If your money and time are worthless, go ahead.

We only went to use the family private cabin of the hotel. The temperature of the water is good, but the pools are inadequate in terms of hygiene. The number and size of the pools are excellent. Food is okay. Rooms and cleanliness are also adequate. Children under the age of 5 are free, children under the age of 12 are 150 TL, adults are 250 TL. We agreed on a 3-person room for 700 TL. Of course, the prices do not include lunch. Breakfast and dinner. In short, it's good for the price. I advise.
