İptal sigortası yaptırmama rağmen 3 ay oldu iptal talebinde bulundum ne bir ödeme nede net bir bilgi veren var bugün yarın diye diye otele giriş tarihi geldi hiç bir şekilde dönüş olmadı yazıklar olsun böyle sahtekar bir işletme olamaz..
