Fiat punto doalogic şanzımanlı arabam vardı kayseri de kimse sorunu çözemedi german şanzıman tavsiye ettiler gittim nokta atışıyla engin ustam olayı çözdü şanzıman maaliyetsiz bir şekilde tamir etti.. Golf rabamdada sorun oldu ustam o sorununda çözdü şanzımanı eskisinden daha güzel yaptı. Engin ustam ve ekibine teşekkür ediyorum hem kaliteli hem de makul fiyatlara sorunlarımı çözdü. Kesinlikle kayseri de otomatik şanzımanda gidilecek ilk yer.. Engin master and his team are really very interested people .. Gün yürümez halde şanzıman. 11 bine yakın para ödedim. Şanzımanın vidaları boşta geziyordu motor ustam sıktı. Başta değişeceğini söylediği parasını aldığı parçaları şanzıman arıza verince değişmediğini söyledi. Başka parçalara bahane buldu ne yaptığı işe ne de garantisine sahip çıkmadı. O parçaları değişmediysen 11 bini neye ödedim ben? Tabi burası muz cumhuriyeti değil mahkemede hesaplaşacağız... Total disgrace. Google taraması sonucunda Engin Ustayla önce tel görüşmesi sonra yüz yüze görüşme yaptım. Kendisini tanımıyordum.. Aracı beraber test ettik.. Kendisi tamir ya da değişim sozkonusu olur dedi. Problemin çözümü noktasında üst rakamın 15 bin olabileceğini söyledi.. Konuşması inandırıcıydı.. Aracımı bıraktım.. Şanzımanı indirdikten sonra tamirin mümkün olduğunu ama aracı uzun süre kullanacaksam yeni şanzıman almanın daha doğru seçenek olduğunu söyledi. Bana da mantıklı geldi. Sıfır şanzıman aldık ve aracı toparlayıp bugün teslim etti. Toplam maliyet yukarıdaki rakamdan aşağı oldu. Bugün araçtan büyük keyf aldım. Engin Ustaya teşekkür ediyorum..Buradaki laga luga yorumu daha önce okumuştum ve inandırıcı bulmamıştım. Ustanın problemi çözüm yöntemi gayet sağlıklı. Tavsiye ediyorum.
