They wanted 7500 TL for the repair of my phone under warranty. This is outright robbery. Although the fault was not related to me, they demanded this fee. Please take these comments seriously and take necessary action against this service. They have no right to hurt people like this. It's not a service, it's a business. Not to mention the staff trying to sell goods to people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garantili telefonumu kaç kere bozulmasına rağmen tamir edip edip gönderdiler. En son götürdüğümde garanti dışı diye yapmadılar.Telefonun arka kapağını bile yapıştırmadan teslim ettiler.
Despite how many times my warranty phone broke down, they repaired and sent it. The last time I took it, they didn't do it because it was out of warranty. They delivered it without even gluing the back cover of the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were serving so bad 4 years ago but I realized they fixed their service after 4 years. Now they are serving in Apple quality. They should be more careful about Apple appointments but still not bad. This service only have coverages for iPhone, Apple Watch, AirPods and iPad models. Mac or MacBook models are not coveraged in here. And they only have coverage to local devices. If you have any kind of bad experience here, just call or text to Apple.
