Kesinlikle yorumlarda yazan gibi yeni gelen kiracılar eziliyor eski kiracıların tarafı tutuluyor, doğalgaz yaktırılmıyor 1 de çalıştırılıyor gibi bir mevzu bahis değil boş karalama çalışmaları yapılmış yani kiralamak isteyenler kesinlikle aldanmasın.

Tabiki de bu işletmede de yazılı olmayan görgü kurallarına uyulduğu taktirde hiç bir sorun yaşanmıyor. Tüm olanaklar öğrenci ve aileyi mağdur etmemek üzerine düzenlenmiş. Apart sahibi ne olursa olsun kiracıların başı sıkıştığında her daim yanında olan bir işletme sahibi. Kısacası güvenilir, temiz ve samimi bir ortam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mücbir sebeplerden taşındığım Eskişehir'den ayrılırken en hüzün yaşadığım yerdi kendileri. Bana aile ve yuva oldular her konuda ilgili samimi ve güler yüzleri ile çok iyi insanlar. Kesinlikle tavsiyemde bir numaradır. Keşke yeniden gitme imkanım olsa keşke yine onların yanında kalsam. Sorunsuz tercih edebilirsiniz. Kışın ortasında kısa kol oturuyorduk sıcak ve asla bundan bir sıkıntınız olmuyor.
