★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bahçe kısmında ve iftarda millet çorbasını içerken bayan garsonların bahçenin orta kısmında sıgaralarını yakması hiç hoş değildi. Dumanlarıda çocukların bulunduğu masaya doğru gittiğini önemsemeden içmeleri daha vahimiydi. Şişe kolamı açılmış bir şekilde iftar saatinden 15 dk önce getirdiğinde güzel bir dille açıkladım. Sen bunu açtın ama 15 dk sonra çorba içecem, ondan da belki 15 dk sonra yemeğimi getirecen. Yani yarım saatte bu kolanın içinde asit masit kalmaz al bunu götür yemeği getirdiğinde masada açarsın benim kolamı dedim. (tabi belki 30 kişiye kolasını dağıttı önceden) Yemeğim geldiğinde ise kolamı istedim ve tabiki masamda açmasını bekledim. Kola dolabına gidip şişeyi aldı ve önüme koydu. Baktım bana önceden gelen ve önceden açılmış kola bu. Götürmüş o şekilde tekrar dolaba koymuş. Tabi içinde asit masit kalmamış. Yanımda öğrencilerim vardı ve daha fazla üstelemek istemedim. Ama bişey dememek için kendimi zor tuttum. Dikkat ettimde çok kişi kolasını içmedi zaten. Çalışanların tipleri hiç beğenmedim yani pek garson monunda değillerdi. Yemeklerde lezzet zaten beklemiyodum ama keşke eti çiğneyebilseydim. Yani yiyemedim. Tatlıları hele kimse yemedi gibi bişey. İftar için orayı bulan öğrencimle ayrı bir görüşme yapacam.
In the garden part and iftarda folks drinking the soup of the waitresses in the central part of the garden was not nice to burn the cigars. It was more grave to drink without worrying that the smoke had gone towards the table where the children were. I didn't like the types of employees at all, so they weren't so much waiter. I did not wait for the taste of food, but I wish I could chew meat. So I couldn't eat it. It's like nobody's eating sweets. I'm going to have a separate conversation with my student, who finds it for Iftar.
