★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 00.45 te terminalde olmasi gereken Pamukkale Turizm Canakkale arabası, 2 yolcusu geç kaldığı için bizi yarım sa gebze terminalinde bekletti. Şu an saat 01.12 ve biz hala otobüsün icinde bekliyoruz 23 ve 24 nolu yolcuların gelmesini. Otobus dudulludan 23.59 da hareket etti. Ama biz bu saat oldu hala gebzedeyiz. Şikayetçiyim eğer beni duyan varsa yetkililere sesleniyorum. 2 yolcu gec kaldi diye 30 dan fazla yolcuyu dakikalarca bekletmeniz hic hoş değil. Beklemenin de belli bir saati vardır.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekleme salonu yok. TERMİNALDE BEKLEME SALONU YOK! ya simitçilerde yada restoranda beklemek zorundasınız. Durumu olmayan yolcular nerede bekleyecek? Bu kadar işlek bir terminal bu durumda olmamalı. Yapılan yorumları okuyunca yemek yemekten de vazgeçtim.
There is no waiting room. NO WAITING ROOM IN TERMINAL! you either have to wait in the bagel sellers or in the restaurant. Where will passengers with no condition wait? Such a busy terminal should not be in this situation. After reading the comments, I gave up eating.
