It was fast and good, we bought it as a package from the shop, because I believe the taste could be better, and I deducted 1 star as a small criticism.

No one wears a mask behind the counter, hygiene is zero. The owners of the place are very unprofessional. Doner is not worth 5 bucks.

I'm ordering all the time, but for some reason we don't have a courier today, we can't deliver, I don't know how many times this has happened, but it's enough, maybe you've done this to us 10 times, are you doing it knowing that I order over the limit, I will not order from you from now on

The service is too late and the shopkeepers know well that the customer will not be full.

They brought the order in zero hour and a half with a service that is far from quality, both the doner was cold and they charged 97 TL for two doner kebabs. When I called several times to ask about the order, they did not answer the phone. An item I will never order again.

(I'm commenting here because my comment was not approved in Yemeksepeti.) I placed an order via Yemeksepeti on Wednesday, 1.12.2021. My order arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes. There was nothing in the name of temperature in my orders. The doner was cold, we had to throw it away without eating it. I passed it and the ayrans on the menu were missing. We reported the situation to dear Yemeksepeti (I will never order from here or from Yemeksepeti again). They said that the ayrans will be delivered as soon as possible and that there is nothing they can do for the doner kebabs. About 2 hours passed, we ate from another place and we filled our stomachs. The courier is calling me because I'm bringing the buttermilk. Take the ayran you sent 2 hours later, and the money we give for yourself is definitely not halal.
