★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köyün içine yapılmış burası, valla bilemezdim baya yükseklerde dikilmiş blokların manzarası güzel . Etrafında Çinlilerin ve yabancıların yaşadığını gördüm.
 This place was built inside the village, I could not know, the view of the blocks erected at very high heights is beautiful. I saw Chinese and foreigners living around it.

One of the biggest projects of Emlak Konut. Every detey is thought, a place where you can sit with your family, rest your head and invest. I hope the quality will not drop when it gets crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emlak konutun en güzel projelerinden birisi, içerisinde her türlü mağaza okul vs. barındırmakta daireler cok harika dizayn edilmis birinci sınıf işçilik ve malzeme barındırıyor, sosyal alanlarıyla beraber sitenin dışarısına hic çıkmadan yaşayabileceğin bir ortam sunuyor, ben daire satın aldım o kadar beğendim.
Real estate is one of the most beautiful projects of housing, all kinds of shops, schools etc. The apartments are very well designed, they have first class workmanship and materials, they offer an environment where you can live without leaving the site with its social areas, I bought the apartment so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebze Emlak konut beni eskiye getirdi yıllar önce beylikduzu ovayken böyle güzel evlerin olduğu bir yere misafirliğe gittim ve şöyle düşündüm, insan bu kadar şehirden uzak bir yere böyle yatırım yapar mı ve bu eve bu kadar parayı ödeyip satın alırmı ticaretten anlamadığım için böyle düşunuyordum. Burasi Gebze sanayiye Çok yakın bir yer, İstanbul'dan ulaşımı konusunda bir fikrim yok özel araçla gittik, Maltepe'den yaklaşık 1 saat sürdü Trafikle.evlerin içi çok güzeldi 4 artı 1 ebeveyn banyolu, mutfak kocaman, ısınma problemi yok çok minik yaksaniz da sıcak olabiliyor, kapalı açık olmak üzere 3 tane balkon Evde gerçekten kendini kaybedeceğin kadar alan ve koridor var Bu anlamda çok Ferah ve aydınlık site içerisinde güvenlikli olması avantaj. Şehirden uzak olması bana göre olmasa da eğer özel Aracınız varsa biraz da sakin bir hayat istiyorsanız ilerde gelişmek üzere olan bu bölgede yatırım yapabileceğiniz güzel bir yer. Oturan Herkese hayırlı olsun. Bende sevdiklerimi ziyaret esnasında edindiğim izlenimler bunlar. Sizler için bir fotoğraf bırakıyorum.
Gebze Emlak Konut brought me back to the past years ago, when I was on the plain of Beylikduzu, I went to a place with such beautiful houses as a guest and I thought, Could someone invest in such a place so far from the city and buy this house by paying this much money because I did not understand trade. This is a place very close to industry in Gebze, I have no idea how to get there from Istanbul, we went by private car, it took about 1 hour from Maltepe with traffic. The inside of the houses was very nice, 4 plus 1 en-suite bathroom, the kitchen is huge, there is no heating problem, it is very small even if you burn it. It can be possible, 3 balconies, including indoor and outdoor. There are enough spaces and corridors in the house to really lose yourself. Although it is not for me to be far from the city, if you have a private vehicle and want a little quiet life, it is a nice place to invest in this developing region in the future.
