As an Arçelik customer, I have been using Arçelik for a long time. I have not had any malfunctions or problems. After 15 years, the dishwasher broke down. The nail part of the dishwasher was broken, so I went to buy it and they asked 10 TL for one. Then I found this piece on the internet, the front and rear basket holder, a total of 10 plastic pieces, was 10 TL. It's not that much of a pile. Spare parts can be found much cheaper online.
