Yani sürekli bir öğretme ve öğrenme durumu söz konusudur. Ancak öğretme ve öğrenmenin iki değişik işlev olduğu her zaman göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır. Çünkü öğretme bir kişi tarafından gerçekleştirilirken öğrenme başka bir kişide oluşur. Çok açık ve basit gibi görülse de aslında üzerinde ciddî bir şekilde durulması gereken bir durumdur. Öğretme öğrenme sürecinin etkili olabilmesi için o iki kişi arasında çok özel bir ilişkinin kurulması gerekir. Başka bir deyişle öğretmen ve öğrenci arasında özel bir bağ kurulmalıdır.
 Teaching is a universal challenge. In the environment we live in, parents always teach their children, master apprentice, and teachers to their students. In other words, there is a constant teaching and learning situation. However, it should always be taken into consideration that teaching and learning are two different functions. Because while teaching is done by one person, learning occurs in another person. Although it seems very clear and simple, it is actually a situation that needs to be seriously emphasized. In order for the teaching-learning process to be effective, a very special relationship must be established between those two people. In other words, a special bond should be established between the teacher and the student.
