Şuanda tarafıma 2 farklı hastaneden verilen ve herhangi bir vasi tayini gerekli olmadığını sağlam olduğumu belirtilen sağlık kurulu raporuna rağmen merhum Levent Kırca'nın skeçlerine konu olacak şekilde akıl zayıflığı sebebiyle Gazipaşa Sulh Hukuk Mahkemesi tarafından tarafıma vasi ataması yapılmıştır. Gerekçe olarak ise hiçbir şey söylenmiyor öyle olması gerekiyor deniyor ve hiçbir şekilde duruşmada söylenilenenlerde zapta geçmiyor. Hakimler öyle olmak zorunda deyip gerekçe üretmeden karar veriyorlar. Uzun lafın kısası Gazipaşa gibi bir ilçede ADALET arayanların en son ugracagı yer burasıdır. Boşuna kendinizi yorarsınız çünkü buraya atanan yargı üyeleri karar verirken vicdanını düşünerek değil bu karardan sonra rahatım bozulur mu diyerek karar vermektedir. Ben böyle düşünmekteyim.
It is the courthouse whose justice I can never trust. Despite the health board report given to me from 2 different hospitals and stating that no guardian appointment is required, a guardian was appointed to me by Gazipaşa Magistrate's Civil Court due to mental weakness, subject to the sketches of the late Levent Kırca. As a justification, it is said that nothing is said, it should be so and in no way is recorded in the minutes of what was said at the hearing. Judges say that it has to be so and decide without giving reasons. Long story short, this is the last destination for those seeking JUSTICE in a district like Gazipaşa. You tire yourself in vain because the judicial members appointed here decide not by thinking of their conscience when making a decision, but by saying whether I will be disturbed after this decision. I think so.

çalışanlar girip bakmıyor mu acaba yorumlara ? yoksa maaşı alalım gerisi mühim degil diyen zihniyet mi?
