Belediye mahkemeye dava açarak aradaki anlaşmazlığı gidermek yerine, bir encümen kararı çıkartarak kolluk gücüyle tabipler odasını buradan çıkartmış oldu. Doktorların alın teri ile kazandıklarıyla yaptırdıkları bu yer, yine Tabipler Odası lokali olmalıdır.
 Şahinbey municipality took this place by force from us, the doctors, 5 years ago. The court is still pending. Instead of filing a lawsuit with the municipality court and settling the dispute, a council decision was made and the law enforcement officer removed the chamber of doctors from here. This place, made by doctors with what they earned with their sweat, should be the Club of Doctors.
