★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soft bed, good AC and thick walls - slept well. Loved the court yard and most of all sitting on the toilet in my room and looking out on it. No gym, breakfast not worth the effort (go to one of the great cafes nearby). Little dated, but not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel with excellent location, very helpful and friendly staff, check in service very fast, good internet service, simple and excellent breakfast, rooms are very nice, clean and tidy, I would say at this hotel whenever I'm in Gaziantep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel next to coppersmiths market. The hotel was beautifully restored. Plenty of nice restaurants. About 40 minutes to walk to the mosaic museum. Staff members are polite and helpful. Great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only location can be a reason to stay in this hotel. Room furnitures and bathroom must be renewed! If you are staying in a room facing to courtyard i promise you will wake up with a car engine sound coming from a hole above yout bed ! Breaktfast is low costed and not delicious. It is very funny to find a food not tasty in gaziantep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a 5 star hotel, but maintained like a 2 star hotel.
Rooms are cosy and bathrooms are clean and modern.
My husband is not a heavy guy, and as soon as he lied on the bed one corner leg broke, then the other corner leg broke. He had a sore back from sleeping wonky.
Also, the side table had no knob, not a big deal but not aesthetically appealing. The shower door didn't close completely, so the bathroom floor was wet, we had to use our hand towel to stop the shower leaking.
Breakfast was tasty but not sure why it is not upstairs in the beautiful foyer area, instead its downstairs in a small dungeon space.
For a one night stay hotel was fine, but we wouldn't book again for a longer stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty, as the photos show and the location is good. However, if you need anything specific or have concerns you will be disappointed... The customer service is poor and reminds me why I prefer staying in a family owned/operated hotel. These folks just shrug their shoulders and don't seem to care, even the general manager was flippant.
