★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5yildizli bir hizmet vermenin ,yanından bile geçemeyecek kadar düşük kalite hizmet veren, genel anlamda geç teslimatla en önde gelen, Bebek mama veya ilaç gibi aciliyet gerektiren ürünleri bile dikkate almayan. tarafınıza ulaşmış olmasına rağmen zimmet alındı vaziyet bildirimiyle günlerce dağıtıma çıkarmayan Sorumsuz,saygısız seviyesiz anlayışsız ve kalitesizsiniz ...... keşke kapanış kararı alsanız.
 Providing a low quality service that cannot even come close to providing a 5 star service, leading with late delivery in general, not even considering products that require urgency such as baby food or medicine. You are irresponsible, disrespectful, unsympathetic and poor quality ...... I wish you would take a closing decision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha rezil bir kargo olamaz. Sorumsuz bilgisiz personeller, ulaşmayan kaybolan resmi evraklı kargolar ne ararsanız var. Aklı olan kullanmasın hiç bi şekilde bu kargoyu. Konuşmayı bilmeyen sürekli başka birine bağlayan ama sonunda bi halt yapamayan saçma sapan insanların olduğu bi topluluksunuz. Rezilsiniz.
There could not be a more disgraceful shipment. Irresponsible, ignorant personnel, cargoes with lost official documents that did not arrive, whatever you want. No one should use this cargo in any way. You are a community of nonsense people who don't know how to talk, constantly connect them to someone else but finally can't do anything. You are disgraced.

Phones are not answered, authorized people should take care of it, if the employees there are not answering the phone, they should remove the phone, they should not put their phone number on the Internet, let's not call us, it's a shame, the ptt is incapable of opening a phone.

Although there are different cargo companies alternatives for my cargo to reach me, I chose you and you misled me. I will never choose you again. Although the card payment alternative was chosen especially during this pandemic process, the amount was collected in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst branches ever! My cargo has been stuck in their office for more than 10 days now. They refuse to give to me directly when I went to their office and I made complaints everywhere but nothing happened and still I have not received my cargo yet! Not fair! Also the staff is rude. I saw from the reviews that everyone is having the Same problem, we should complain all directly to the PTT general managment.
