Tam ikramiye veren firma yok gibi. Lafa gelince en büyük osb demeyi bilirler. Bugün Türkiye'nin batı bölgesindeki firmalar ile kiyaslanmaz. Onlar insana çalışana değer verip gelişmesi için çaba sarf ederler. Bizdeki gibi gözü işçinin cebinde olmaz.
It is one of the biggest OSBs of Turkey, but fails in terms of valuing workers. Except for 1-2 large-scale companies that are appointed trustees, there are no companies that give official salaries. It's like there is no company that gives full bonuses. When it comes to words, they know how to say the biggest osb. It is not compared to the companies in the western region of Turkey today. They value people who work for them and make an effort to improve them. Like us, the eye cannot be on the pocket of the worker.
