★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to travel with this company, the bus was not comfortable, the air conditioner was very bad, the tourist man was unprofessional yet! Haneden hotel at Rize was Very bad (not clean and stuff were not professional & unfriendly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very awful and horrible experience with this company, I will never repeat it with them. The tourist guide was out of coverage, the bus was awful and broke down many times, the AC broken for more than 9 hours in the bus. Hanedan Hotel was very bad, not clean, with a very bad behavior and attitude from the managment. we tried to reach to the buhara managment but this was useless. they didn't respect their customers. I do not recommend this company at all.
