★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıkama işlemlerinde çok sorun yok,genelde 3 ile 5 iş günü içinde halınız evinize geri geliyor.Ancak bazı lekeleri çıkarmamışlar veya çıkaramamışlar.Bunu müşteriye bildirmeleri gerek ve artık halıya zımba işinden vazgeçmeliler.Keşke şeffaf hizmet adına ip si açık bir kamera sistemi kursalar ve müşteriye halıyı alırken yıkama sırası verseler,internet sayfası üzerindende anlık kaç nolu müşteri halısı yıkanıyor takip edebilsek ve kendi halimiz yıkanırken görebilsek çok iyi olurdu.

There is not much problem in the washing process, usually your carpet comes back to your house in 3 to 5 working days. However, they did not remove or could not remove some stains. They have to inform the customer about this and they should give up the stapler business for the carpet. I wish they would set up a camera system with open threads for transparent service and give the carpet to the customer.
