When the phone rings, the displeased officers turn the phone on and immediately hang it on your face to stop the sound. If you have a problem in this university, God will save you because you will not find another addressee.

Öğle saatinde gidiyorum belge burdan çıkmıyor diyor mühendislik fakültesine gönderiyor orası belgenin burdan çıkacağını söylüyor buraya geliyorum adam burdan çıkıyor evet ama geç oldu yetişmez diyor(mesainin bitmesine daha 20 dk var) . yarım saat erken çıkmak için belgeyi vermiyor!!!
If there were 0 stars I would give 0. I go at noon, he says, the document does not come from here, he sends it to the engineering faculty, he says that the document will come out from here, I come here, the man leaves here, yes, but he says it's too late (there is still 20 minutes until the end of the shift). He does not give the document to leave half an hour early!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaç gündür arıyorum telefona kimse bakmıyor. Telefon ya hiç açılmıyor ya da 1-2sn açık bırakıp kapatıyorlar. Öğrenci işlerine ne zaman işimiz düşse halledemiyoruz.
I've been calling for days and no one answers the phone. The phone either does not turn on at all or they leave it on for 1-2 seconds and turn it off. Whenever we have to deal with student affairs, we can't handle it.
