★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenlikli ve nezih bir site. Tek dezantaji Asri mezarlıgin hemen bitişiğinde olması. Gerçi sık sık ölümü hatırlatması yonuylede güzel bir yer olabilir.
It is a safe and decent site. The only drawback is that it is right next to the Asri cemetery. Though it can often be a reminder of death, it can be a nice place.

Rents start from 1000 TL. Houses for sale are between 350-450 thousand. The houses are 90 m2. The upper floors are duplex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakin sessiz bir site, oturanların çoğunluğu emekli, sitenin içinde iken çok iyi bir yer diyorsun, ama sitenin dışına çıktığınız an "burasi ne böyle" diye gecekondu veya iş yerleri deposu olmasi sitenin güzelliğini bozuyor. Yeşilin bol oluşu, havasının temizliği gerçekten çok güzel, binalar çok eski içinde tadilat yapılması gerekiyor. Keşke bir de komşularımin kim olduğunu bilsem daha güzel olacak
It's a quiet site, most of the residents are retired. You say it's a very good place when you're inside the site, but the moment you step outside the site, the fact that it's a shanty house or a warehouse for workplaces spoils the beauty of the site. The abundance of green, the cleanliness of the air is really nice, the buildings are very old, they need renovation. I wish I knew who my neighbors are too.
