★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteriyle ilgilenme sıfır. Komisyonu alırlar yüzünüze bakmazlar. Evleri gezerken bana dedikleri cümle "Tutmayacaksanız beni hiç yormayın." Bi gidiyoruz en az 40 dakika bekletiyorlar. Saygısızlar. Telefonu yüzüme kapamışlıkları var. Siz siz olun Gaye Emlakla beraber iş yapmayın.
Customer care is zero. They take the commission, they don't look in your face. The sentence they told me while they were visiting the houses "If you will not keep it, do not tire me." We are going to wait at least 40 minutes. They are disrespectful. They have the phone on my face. Be you, do not do business with Gaye Emlak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evi satana kadar süper, gayet güler yüz ile sahtekarlar, aldığımız evin hiç bir probleminden bahsetmeden sattılar, çatı akıyor, elektirik doğalgaz ve su abonesi olmak için göbeğimiz çatladı, suyu 3 abone ortak kullanıyor, elektirik için araya aracı koyarak abone olabildik, aldığımız evin kapı numarası 3 tane, yazıklar olsun diyorum başka da bişey demiyorum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öğlenleyin konuşup akşam 18.00'da bir ev göstermeleri için randevulaştık.Biz eşimle birlikte randevudan 10 dakika önce görmek istediğimiz evin oraya gittik.Geldiğimizi haber vermek için aradık,ama telefonlarını açmadılar.Sonra ulaşabildik.Konuştuğumuz kişi kendisinin gelemeyeceğini, bir arkadaşını yönlendireceğini ve onun beni arayacağını söyledi.Diğer kişi aradı ve 10 dakika sonra orada olacağını söyledi.20 dakika bekledik ve kimse gelmedi.Aradık,yine telefon açılmadı.Sonra gelecek kişi aradı,bir sürü bahaneler sıralayıp yine 10 dakika sonra orada olacağını söyledi.Toplamda soğukta 40 dakika bekledik ve kimse gelmedi.Bizde mecburen geri döndük. Randevularına gelmeyen telefonlarını açmayan bir firma.
We talked at noon and made an appointment to show them a house at 6 pm. We went with my wife to the house we wanted to see 10 minutes before the appointment. We called to let them know we were coming, but they didn't answer their phone. Then we were able to reach them. The other person called and said he would be there in 10 minutes. We waited for 20 minutes and no one came. We called, the phone was not picked up again. Then the next person called, made a lot of excuses and said he would be there again in 10 minutes. We waited for 40 minutes in total in the cold and no one answered. He didn't come, so we had to come back. A company that doesn't answer their phones that don't come to their appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yazılanlar ne kadar kötü olduğunu belli etse de ben de yazma gereği duydum.Randevu verip bekletme,evlere fahiş fiyat çekme,öğrenciyi kazıklamayı vs.yi geçtim zaten belirtmişler diğer yorumlarda ama sözleşmeyi yaparken bile nasıl sorun çıkabilir anlamış değilim.Bu ve bunun gibi olaylar ne derece kötü bir işletme olduğunu belirtmeye yeter sanıyorum.
