★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eskişehir'de bir sürü rent a car firması, adeta dalga geçer gibi müşteri seçerek rezervasyonumuzu iptal ederken, Garenta ise, bize oldukça hızlı bir şekilde araç teslimi yaptı.
Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü, samimi ve en önemlisi ÇÖZÜM ODAKLI oldukları için ofise gittiğimizde anında aracı teslim aldık. Araçlar son model, temiz, bakımlı ve hatasız olduğu için her hangi bir problem yaşamadık.
Olası bir problem durumunda ise, anında yardımcı olabileceklerini söylemeleri gerçekten övgüyü hak edecek cinsten.

While many rent a car companies in Eskişehir canceled our reservation by choosing customers as if they were kidding, Garenta delivered the vehicle to us very quickly.
Since the employees are very friendly, sincere and most importantly SOLUTION-FOCUSED, we received the vehicle instantly when we went to the office. Since the vehicles are the latest model, clean, well-maintained and error-free, we did not have any problems.
In case of a possible problem, it is really commendable that they say that they can help immediately.
Once again, I would like to express my respect and thanks and wish you a good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar verilecek bilgileri araç kiralama yapıldıktan sonra söyleyip sözleşmede yazıyor diyerek ek ücret talep ediyor. Hiç memnun kalmadım çok ters ve ahlaksız konuşuyorlar kibarca izah etme bunlarda yok. Kesinlikle kiralamayın.
Employees demand additional fees by saying that the information to be given is written in the contract after the car rental is made. I'm not at all satisfied, they talk very rude and immoral, don't explain politely, they don't have it. Definitely do not rent.
