Clearly fraudulent!!! And customer relations is trying to cover up this issue with the correspondence you will see in the appendix. To summarize the subject briefly; Based on the contract in the first annex, I made a reservation on 02.09.2021 with the code D8G5B1 to pay at the office for 296.24 TL. When I went to the office on November 6 to rent the car, I actually thought that the usual procedures were being carried out, but I saw from the sms that my card was taken and 420 TL was withdrawn without giving any information to me. When I said why did you withdraw 420 TL, it says 296.24 TL in my reservation, it was said that we will refund the difference without any surprise. Afterwards, I was refunded twice as 123.76 TL, 68 TL and 55.76 TL, which is really the difference, but by chance, when I checked my statement again, I saw that 123.76 TL was withdrawn once again. In other words, if we do not trust and control it as a corporate company, we will not notice the disgrace they have done. I understand from the attached correspondence with customer service that the dealer, according to his mind, canceled my current reservation and created a new reservation and withdrew its money. I am trying to explain this situation to customer relations via e-mail. Either they don't know their business or there is an organized fraud. They will rent a car from this company or the renters should check the fees 3 times.

We rented a car for 4 days and bought a clean car. Sorry we delivered a little dirty, we were very satisfied with the service. It is the most logical to rent a car from a well-known and corporate company. Our next visit will be garenta again.

After 40-50 km, the needle of the vehicle dropped. The vehicle was not full of fuel, they lied. When we delivered, they took the vehicle to the station, bought 100 TL of fuel and reflected it to us. The branch employee said that the customers may not give us the vehicle fully, it has nothing to do with us. If you were buying the vehicle from the previous customer, why didn't you go and fill the fuel, when we brought it, you took it and bought fuel. Absolutely fraudulent, do not trust the words of never rent a car.
