★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımı alırken Ekspertiz işlemi için bir çok şubeyi araştırdım.Aşırı abartılı yorumların olduğu şubelerden farklı olarak General şubesinde karar kıldım.Aracıma yaptıracagim ekspertiz için gerekli ön bilgiyi aldım ve uygun paketi tercih ettim.Aracımla yaklaşık 1 saat ilgilenildi ve daha sonra yapılan işlemler hakkında gerekli bilgiler verildi.Satıcının söylediğinden farklı olarak 1 parçada boya olduğu söylendi ve ustalarıyla beraber aracın yanına gidip boyali parçayı detaylı şekilde anlattılar.Ekspertiz sonucunda aracı almaya karar verdim.Verilen hizmetten ilgi ve alakadan son derece memnun kaldım.Boya kaporta ustası Can beye ilgisinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederim.Araç ekspertiz işlemlerinde çevreme teavsiye edeceğim tek şube Bodrum GENARAL şubesidir.
While buying my vehicle, I searched many branches for the appraisal process. Unlike the branches with excessively exaggerated comments, I decided at the General branch. I received the necessary preliminary information and chose the appropriate package for the appraisal that I will make for my vehicle. Different from what the seller said, it was said that there was paint in 1 piece, and they went to the vehicle with their masters and explained the painted part in detail. I decided to buy the vehicle as a result of the expertise. Bodrum GENARAL branch is the only branch that I can talk to me about in vehicle appraisal processes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18.08.2020'de Bodrum General Auto Expert şubesin de Opel Astra aracı ekspertize soktuk. Eksper raporuna göre sadece sağ ve sol çamurlukta küçük bir noktada lokal boya var, elimdeki rapor doğrultusun da aracı satın aldım. Geçtiğimiz hafta aracı satmak istediğim de bir başka eksper firması aracımın pert olduğunu sağ arka kapıdan hasar aldığını ve neredeyse aracın her yerinin boyalı olduğunu söyledi. Aracı almak için gelen kişilerin 1.000 TL olan yol masraflarını 475 TL eksper ücretini ayrıca İstanbul da bir galeriye göndermiş olduğum 500 lira kaporam sayelerinde yandı.
Tekrar eksper arkadaşa gittiğim de hatasını kabul etti ve "nasıl gözden kaçırmışım" diye bana hayıflandı, ilgili kişiye hiçbir tecrübesi olmadığını bile bile kurumsal olan markanızı temsil hakkı vermeniz sizin de sorumlu olduğunuzu gösterir, şimdilik zararım 50.000 TL.
Geçtiğimiz hafta ilgili şirketi aradım tüm bilgilerimi verdim ama bana kimse dönüş yapmadı. Peşini bırakacağımı sanıyorsanız çok yanılırsınız.
On 18.08.2020, we put the Opel Astra vehicle into expertise at the Bodrum General Auto Expert branch. According to the expert report, there is only a small spot of local paint on the right and left fenders, and according to the report I bought the vehicle. Last week, when I wanted to sell the vehicle, another expert company said that my vehicle was pert and that it was damaged from the right rear door and almost every part of the vehicle was painted. The travel expenses of those who came to pick up the vehicle were 1,000 TL, and 475 TL of the expert fee was also burned by the 500 TL deposit that I sent to a gallery in Istanbul.
When I went back to the expert friend, he admitted his mistake and lamented "how I missed it". Even if the person concerned has no experience, giving the right to represent your corporate brand shows that you are also responsible, for now my loss is 50.000 TL.
Last week I called the relevant company and gave all my information, but nobody returned to me. If you think I will let you go, you would be wrong.
